50mm NB Flanged Flowcell
Pictured here is our basic 50-mm NB flanged flowcell with one
pair of electrodes. It is not demountable and the whole flowcell
assembly must be removed to effect an electrode change.
Flanges
are supplied as blanks but can be drilled to customer’s specifications
if required.

80mm NB Flanged Flowcell
Pictured here is an 80-mm NB flanged flowcell made to special
order. Note that the unit shown has 2 pairs of electrodes. If more
are required, we simply extend the length of the body to accommodate
up to 6 pairs of electrodes. These units are not demountable. |

Industrial Ioniser
Model
KS2–C
Pictured here an industrial version of our standard ioniser. It
has been designed for hard wiring, thus eliminating tangled leads
associated with plugs and flexible cables.
Features are panel-mounted
isolating and “Auto –Off – Manual” selector
switches, fuse protection, programmable digital time clock with
battery back up and a clear, tamper-proof enclosure.
All internal
components are DIN rail mounted. Optional extras are provision
for BAS/BMS monitoring of “System Fail Alarm” and “Ioniser
Status”. |

40/50mm NB Universal
Flowcell
Based on our universal 40/50-mm NB Universal Flowcell, this
fully demountable and flanged unit features one pair of electrodes
in a replaceable cartridge. It is designed for low to medium
temperature and pressure applications. Cartridge removal and
replacement takes about 2 minutes. The cartridge body may either
be discarded as a recyclable plastic, or sent to us for rebuilding.

Medium Temperature and
Mains Pressure Flowcell
This particular unit has been designed for a medium temperature,
mains pressure application. It features 4 stainless steel tie
rods, heavy walled PVC body and duplex seals. It is fully demountable,
and may be made to accommodate up to 6 pairs of electrodes.

Industrial Ioniser
Model
KS2–M
The KS2–M pictured here is identical in function and features
to the KS2–C except that we offer the option of a lockable – and
therefore tamper-proof – powder coated, heavy duty, steel
cabinet which is designed to withstand the most aggressive of environments.
Universal
brackets offer a number of installation options, and the bottom
panel incorporate standard ‘knock outs’ for
conduit entry and / or cable glands. |
